On a live-streamed press briefing graced by Presidential Spokesperson Secretary Harry Roque aired last April 15, 2020 Ruby Rose Mauanay Villanueva popularly known as Mystica was pointed after reading the Bayanihan Act Article 6 (f).
When asked about netizens, celebrities and personalities who are bravely attacking the administration by using social media, Roque expressed that the President favors democracy in expression. But it must also take into consideration that freedom of expression is absolute even for human rights law and international law.

Roque emphasized the International covenant on civil and political rights directing that freedom of expression can be limited due to international emergency. It is defended right away by reading the Bayanihan ‘We Heal as One’ Act.
Four days ago, Mystica posted an apology to President Duterte on her Facebook page saying “Ako talaga ay taga-suporta ng President… Alam ko na ang President natin may puso yan… Kung ako man ay nakapagmura, and I repeated it again, dahil sa parang ako rin ay isang anak ng isang ama. Kasi from the start, tinuring ko na siyang ama,”
