Senator Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa was criticized by netizens for his “Sarap ng buhay! Sarap ng buhay. Ganito na lang tayo palagi” remarks after the Senate web meeting. The senator explained that what he meant by his statement was it is a lot easier to discuss and deliberate about bills when you do it online.
