In a video shared on Instagram, Lito thanked all the people he has worked with in the show including lead star and director Coco Martin.
He said: “Para sa mga kasamahan kong staff, sa ABS-CBN, itong Probinsyano, lahat ng staff ng probinsyano, lalung-lalo na sa direktor natin lahat dito, at bumubuo ng Probinsyano lalung-lalo na kay direk Coco. Napaka-galing na bata nito, saludo ako sa kaniya.”
Lito’s character has been excluded from the show as the 90-day senatorial campaign period begins on Tuesday, February 12.
He earlier filed his candidacy last October 2018 to seek a position in the Senate.
