Manila City Mayor Isko Moreno could not hold back his tears during his interview in “Dobol B sa News TV” after the late German “Kuya Germs” Moreno was brought up.
During the interview, Mayor Isko got emotional after Mike Enriquez mentioned Kuya Germs. The former ‘That’s Entertainment’ then recalled his memories with the late master showman.

Kuya Germs died of cardiac arrest last 2016.
