Actor and host Luis Manzano clarified his statement in a recent interview after he was asked about his reaction about the engagement of his ex-girlfriend Angel Locsin and Neil Arce.
In a video shared on YouTube, Luis was asked if he is happy with Angel’s engagement but he refused to give a comment.
