Is this the reaction of Pia Wurtzbach over rumors linking her to Gerald Anderson?

Netizens have been speculating if the letter ‘P’ Janus Del Prado mentioned in his post was referring to former Miss Universe Pia Wurtzbach.

In his post, Janus said:

Many believed that the letter P is Pia while ‘MPY’ means “My Perfect You” – the movie made by Gerald and Pia.

On Twitter, Pia posted the following prompting netizens to ask if this is the reply of Pia to the said post:
