Actress Kim Chiu trended on Twitter because of her Bible verse blooper on “It’s Showtime.” The said blooper was made during the “Tawag Ng Tanghalan” segment where the name of the contestant is Psalm Manalo.
“Ang ganda ng pangalan niya, Ma, ano? Psalm. Parang mga gospel iyan sa Bible.” said Kim which Vice replied: “Psalmo, Psalmo,”
The Kim said the following: “Psalm 3:16 For God so loved the world, He gave up His only son, di ba?”
Of course Kim was referring to John 3:16 “16 For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.” (NIV).
A netizen brought this to the attention of Kim and Kim replied: “Thank you hehe sensya po..”
