Vice President Leni Robredo expressed her appreciation to actress Kris Aquino for flying to Negros Oriental to assist in the distribution of relief goods for the victims of typhon Odfette.
Not only did Kris helped in the distribution, she also gave a lot of goods for the typhoon victims.
On Facebook, VP Leni thanked Kris for being generous and for the assistance:
“Very special thanks to Kris Aquino, who not only joined me in Negros Occidental, but also generously gave Puregold grocery bags to residents of Kabangkalan and Himamaylan who lost their homes because of Tyhpoon Odette. Kris also gave away prepaid sim cards to 500 lucky Negrenses.
Thank you very much, Kris, for always being generous of yourself”
