Actress Kim Chiu shared with netizens her new fitness routine – doing Pilates. Kim showed her discipline and agility while doing the Pilates exercises.
According to Total Fitness website, Pilates is a form of exercise which concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength. This helps to improve general fitness and overall well-being. Similar to Yoga, Pilates concentrates on posture, balance and flexibility.
Kim posted a video of her workout with the following caption:
