Talent manager and broadcaster Ogie Diaz defended former Vice President Leni Robredo over her bashers on her relief efforts for the families that are affected in the eruption of the Bulusan Volcano in Sorsogon.
In VP Leni’s Twitter account, she shared that she and her team were traveling to Sorsogon to send help to those who are affected by the Bulusan Volcano eruption.
“We are currently preparing for our relief operations in Bulusan, Sorsogon and the surrounding areas. Immediate needs identified are face masks and bottled water.” VP Leni wrote.
“Our team will be travelling to Sorsogon ASAP. Will continue to update you of other needs.” VP Leni added.
In Ogie’s Twitter account, he reposted a tweet from a netizen.
“Ang daming negative comments sa FB about VP Leni’s efforts for Sorsogon. Tapos na daw election at para saan pa daw yung pinapakita nya. Uhm that’s VP Leni, folks, hindi lang nagpapakita during elections.” The said netizen wrote.
Ogie quickly defended VP Leni from the naysayers as he clarified that she is still the Vice President.
