Filipino YouTuber, fashion and lifestyle influencer Small Laude expressed her dismay over the decision of Philippine Airlines (PAL) for allegedly not allowing her daughter Allison from boarding their flight to Japan.
The younger Laude went back to their house and was not able to join the family trip to Japan.
On Instagram, Small narrated what happen:
“My daughter got left behind because of PAL’s wrong decision! Its ruined our family vacation and it caused us so much stressed. Allison was in tears leaving the airport going back to the house.
The check-in manager said they called the Japanese Embassy that my daughter’s Canadian temporary passport will not be allowed entry into Japan, but learned she did not call at all.
We found out later it’s allowed!!! PAL should be responsible with their decisions. @flypal
