In a video posted online, Daniel was seen singing on stage as part of his birthday celebration is Batangas.
Netizend reacted and jumped into the conclusion as to why Daniel was cursing during the song. Some netizens are relating it to the breakup of Daniel and actress Kathryn Bernardo.

In an interview with TV5 entertainment reporter MJ Marfori, Daniel was asked to comment on the reaction of the netizens to his viral video.
“Masyadong OA ang mga tao. Nag-eenjoy lang ako kumanta. Relax. Thank you.” is all Daniel has to say.
