Actor and Former mayor celebrated his birthday last May 12 with his close friends. Herbert and some his friends went to a bar to celebrate his birthday.
Actress Ruffa Gutierrez, considered one of the closest friends of Herbert posted a video of the party, and everyone is enjoying the party. Spotted at the party were Sunshine Cruz, Janice De Belen, Karla Estrada and some more.
Herbert was also seen singing the song “Manila” popularized by the band ‘HotDog.’
On Instagram, Ruffa greeted Herbert by posting the following message:
