Actress Sarah Lahbati reminded her fans and followers not to return to those who hurt you. Sarah came from a separation with husband actor Richard Gutierrez.
Sarah and Richard have two children – Zion and Kai.
On her Instagram account, Sarah posted the reminder:
“To anyone who needs this reminder: Don’t go back. Not tomorrow, not next month, not in a year, not ever. Do not return to anyone who hurt you and made you have to heal from their mistreatment.
They will only repeat the cycle again and again. Stay strong. Better days are coming,”
