TV broadcaster Korina Sanchez-Roxas described the popular Beef Wellington of Master Chef Gordon Ramsay as ‘Embutido.’ The Beef Wellington is one of the most sought-after dish in Chef Ramsay’s restaurant worldwide.
During her newscast, Korina was describing the dish to program partner newscaster Pinky Webb.
“parang embutido yun na may karne sa loob, tapos tinapay sa labas. Wala, karna lang yun na halos hindi niluto – duguan pa. Tapos lalagyan mo ng tinapay, tapos hihiwa-hiwain mo parang embutido.” said Korina.
Pinky reacted and said “Ang sarap ng pagka-explain mo.”
