Actress and content creator Ivana Alawi dhared her disappointing experience with a restaurant when she recently ordered some food from the said establishment.
Ivana said her order reached a total of PhP 17,200 and she only got two soups, two beef orders, four bean curds, and some sauces.
Not only that, Ivana added that her driver was made to wait 9 hours just to get their orders.
On Instagram, Ivana shared a receipt showing she paid P17,200 for a hotpot feast from @haidilaophilippines.
“Our driver has been at Haidilao since 12 p.m. Had to wait until 9:30 p.m. to get our food. They first gave us the wrong order,” said Ivana.
Ivana then said she returned the incorrect order. Her driver came back after hours of going back and forth, all they got were two soups, two beef orders, four bean curds, and some sauces.
Ivana’s original order included a whole hotpot set, tomato soup hotpot, Sichuan spicy hotpot, marbled beef short ribs, abalone, golden cheese balls, scallops, and assorted vegetables and mushrooms.
“Please be careful when you order from @haidilaophilippines. I’m never ordering from here again. So, so disappointed,” Ivana added.
