Actress Alma Concepcion shared with her fans and followers that she and her son were bitten by their pet dog, Sniper. Alma said that Sniper has been with them since he was four months old.
On Instagram, Alma narrated what happened:
“Yesterday morning, i was cuddling my dog and then he bit me. It was my first time to be bitten (but prior to this, he also bit my son Cobie when Cobie accidentally leaned on to him). I was just hugging him & resting my head on his shoulder when this happened.
My dog (Sniper) grew up with me since he was 4 months old (and now he is 4yo. ). Lesson for us here in the house, that we wont cuddle him anymore. Probably we can just pet him & give him some carressing but definitely no more hugging from now on.
Im sad on this change. But over-all he is kind. He’s potty trained and with the looks of it, he is very sorry (he doesnt jump to my bed anymore). He used to sleep with me on my bed but i think i have to stop that also since this might happen again if my legs accidentally moves while im asleep.
Btw he is vaccinated. And i learned so much from Nurse Jun & Dr. Joel of Batasan Hills Super Health Center that getting a vaccination after a bite IS NOT an emergency thing. As long as you get your shots as soon as you can (getting within 24 hour period is NOT TRUE at all), is fine. My bite was 2:24 am of sunday & i got my shots 9am monday. So guys, dont panic, you can get your shots even the next day or two. As long as it is before the 10th day.
And of course the government has free injections, just google the one in your district. In qc they have one on each district. So yes, my son & i got ours for FREE! Hayyyyy Sniper talaga😩 hope these infos help! Happy monday!”
