Actor and TV host Vice Ganda expressed his concern over a ‘Sexy Babe’ contestant of “It’s Showtime” when she admitted that she is not knowledgeable and not aware of the function of the Commission on Elections (Comelec).
“Oh my gosh, that’s bothersome,” was the initial reaction of Vice.
20 year old ‘Sexy Babe’ contestant Heart Aquino was asked the following question: “Ano ang mesahe mo sa COMELEC?”
Heart admitted that she had not voted and she is not watching television. When asked if she gets news about the Comelec online, Heart said it does not appear on her newsfeed.
When explained what COMELEC is all about, Heart has this to say:
“Siguro ang message ko po sa kanila, let’s be fair po dahil po meron po tayong mga ano, kahit barangay lang ‘yan, ‘yung mga bayad-bayad ng votes. So, let’s be fair po. Deserve natin ‘yung uupo na talagang merong ibibigay sa atin na meron tayo lahat tayo sa community na mapapakinabangan at hindi ganern.”
