In the high-octane world of Philippine show business, career milestones are usually measured in box office returns or acting trophies. But for actress AJ Raval, the ultimate life goal is far more personal and significantly more crowded.
In a recent appearance on the video podcast Your Honor, hosted by Chariz Solomon and Buboy Villar, AJ shared a revelation that left fans both stunned and smiling: if money were no object, she would dream of having twelve children.
“Dati naiisip ko kung marami lang talaga akong pera, yung pinaka maraming kaya ko, mga twelve na baby. Saya nun, di ba? Ano pang gagawin ko sa buhay ko kung marami naman akong pera. Kung marami lang. Ang saya nun.” said AJ.
For AJ, this isn’t about a lack of ambition; it’s about a different kind of success. While her peers were dreaming of international awards during early acting workshops, AJ admitted she felt a bit shy when she told mentors she envisioned herself on a quiet farm, surrounded by a massive, bustling family.
AJ eldest (Ariana) is already 8 years old. Her children with actor Aljur Abrenica: Alkina, 3; Aljur Jr., 1; and Abraham who is five months old.
