Korina Sanchez and Mar Roxas mark 10th anniversary

Couple Korina Sanchez and Mar Roxas are celebrating a decade of their married life which undoubtedly became more meaningful after their twin babies Pepe and Pilar arrived earlier this year.

On Instagram, Korina marked her 10th anniversary with Mar through a series of posts where she shared some of their most memorable moments together from being boyfriend and girlfriend, to finally tying the knot.

Korina wrote: “10 years today. So I dedicate this day to some of the best moments my camera captured of Mar and Me. 💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚”

“Walang may alam masyado in the beginning. Our secret. Diba, more romantic when no one else knows? Hihihihi, uuuyyyyyy….😆🤣💚 #MarKorina@10,” she wrote in a separate post.

“When I met Mar he was a congressman, and then a cabinet secretary. I was a reporter for TV Patrol and iniinterview ko lang sya noon, uuyyyyyy…nagkakatinginan na kami noon palang.😁😆 Tumakbo syang Senator, Number 1 highest votes in the history of the Philippine Senate. Reason to celebrate.🥳 Sa ABSCBN pinag-duet kami. Nakakahiya. Kaya, photo nalang ha, wag na video😬💚#MarKorina@10,” she added.

Korina then mentioned how their relationship is like that of any normal couple as they also had some arguments but shared that they knew how they would want to end up with each other.

Korina wrote: “In 2009, we decided. We’re diving in. This was the engagement announcement. Wala nang urungan hahaha! Tingnan nyo ang kapit ko, baka kasi kumawala pa. 🤣😂🤪💚#MarKorina@10”

“Our pamanhikan was eventful. I had to arrange everything for myself. I’d lost both my parents a few years back. Nawalan ng kuryente an hour before guests arrived. I don’t know how I survived that day. But all’s well that ends well.💚 This kiss is usually the highlight. In our case it was the embrace.💚#MarKorina@10,” she shared in another post.
