Action star and singer Ian Veneracion narrated how he accepted the news that his 18 year old daughter Deirdre “Dids” Veneracion is a lesbian. Ian revealed the entire story when he guested on ‘Magandang Buhay’ with Dids.
“Daddy, I have to tell you something, I like girls.” said Dids. Ian then replied: “Me also. I like girls.”

“Just don’t ever be apologetic about it, not even to me,” Ian told Dids. “You can be whoever you want it to be and I have full support.” said Ian.
“Nakakapanghinayang lang. Isa lang ang buhay natin, tapos kapag nabuhay ka, parang apologetic ka pa na nahihiya ka sa sarili mo, hindi mo mailabas ang pagkatao mo. Parang, what a waste of life.” Ian added.
