Over one hundred Kapamilya stars united for a virtual fundraising concert last Sunday. Their efforts, bolstered by the support of their fans, successfully raised over 236.9 million pesos.
The Pantawid ng Pag-ibig program was launched to help local governments provide basic necessities to low-income families who are currently struggling with the Luzon lockdown due to the pandemic.

The virtual concert saw several prominent celebrities within the ABS-CBN network perform from their own homes, singing motivational songs to inspire citizens in the nationwide fight against the coronavirus. It included Gary V, Kathniel, Darren Espanto, and Piolo Pascual, to name a few.

As of writing, the coronavirus has affected over 462 patients in the country and caused over 33 deaths.
