Dayanara Torres announces she is cancer-free

On a live-streamed conversation with Pops Fernandez, Miss Universe 1993 Dayanara Torres claims being victorious over a year of battling Melanoma Cancer.

Concert Queen Pops Fernandez asked Torres how great she had been as she looks good in their video call. Torres shared she’s done last Monday for her last test which was all negative from the said cancer.

Discovered last 2019, Torres has been having the treatment for about a year. She also mentioned her appreciation for the love, support and prayers she received throughout her fight against cancer.

Though she is now cancer-free, Torres still mouths, “I have to test every 3 months just to be safe.”
