Ellen Adarna flaunts ‘mom bod’; gives advice on how to stay fit

Actress Ellen Adarna is again the object of envy for most woman who just gave birth. Ellen posted a couple of photos showing her tanned and toned physique after giving birth to baby Elias. Fans and follower of Ellen were amazed at how fast she can regained her old figure.

On Instagram, Ellen shared a couple of photos of her sexy figure with the following caption: “#mumbod”

One netizen on the comment section asked Ellen the following: “are you breastfeeding? Paano hindi kumain ng more than you used to pag nagbreastfeed? I tried to still go back to my diet before pero ansakit sa tyan when baby breastfeeds. Kailangan may laman.”

Ellen then replied: “I breastfed for 8 months i only started dieting and exercising 1 year and 3 months after giving birth. I took me a took me a long time recover. But i lost all the baby weight in less than two months by being really strict and sticking to my diet, portions and exercise. I did vegetarian for two weeks and now pescatarian.”
