The incident that happened where Deputy speaker Rodante Marcoleta asked ABS-CBN chairman emeritus Eugenio “Gabby” Lopez III to recite the first line of the “Panatang Makabayan.” This is to perhaps proved his allegiance since his dual citizenship has become an issue in renewing the franchise of ABS-CBN.
