Viewers of ABS-CBN morning show “Umagang Kay Ganda *UKG)” were saddened by the news that it will halt its taping amidst the network’s crisis. The network decided to stop taping for various shows including UKG after the National Telecommunication Commission (NTC) issued a cease and desist order to stop the operations of TV Plus and Sky Cable.
On Twitter, The UKG family made the announcement that they will temporarily stop the taping and airing of the said morning show:
“Mga Kapamilya, pansamantala po muna naming ititigil ang ating “Umagang Kwentuhan” dahil sa krisis na aming pinagdadaanan sa ngayon. Mula po sa bumubuo ng Umagang kay Ganda, maraming maraming salamat po sa inyong patuloy na suporta!”
