Actress Heart Evangelista again proved to everyone that to look classy does not necessarily mean that it has to be expensive. In one of her Instagram post, Heart showcased a dress she bought from Ukay-Ukay in Sorsogon worth only PhP 270.00 pesos. Everyone thought it was an expensive and signature clothing and was surprised that Heart got it for a low price.
Heart has been busy promoting the products and talents of Sorsogon where her husband Francis ‘Chiz’ Escudero is serving as governor.
