TV host and actor Vice Ganda experienced first hand the power and might of Typhoon Ulysses when he and Ion Perez were vacationing in Balesin. Vice was terrified by the strong winds and rain brought about by the typhoon. Thousands of Filipinos were affected by the typhoon – some lose lives, houses, belongings and others.
Rescue and relief efforts have started to bring assistance to all those who were affected.
On Twitter, Vice appealed to everyone to come together and unite – both government and its people.
“Gobyerno at mamamayang Pilipino na may kakayahang tumulong kumilos TAYO. Magtulungan TAYO. Kailangan ng maraming tao ang saklolo.
#CagayanNeedsHelp”
