Actor and TV host Vice Ganda expressed his honest thoughts and sentiments after a grab driver named Jeffrey shared how he helped others despite being a victim of ‘fake booking’.
In an episode of Vice’s newest ABS-CBN game show titled “Everybody, Sing!”, Jeffrey shared that he is a victim of ‘fake booking’ and a video clip of him eating the supposed ordered food of customer went viral.
After the said video went viral, many helped and sent donations to Jeffrey and it reached Php 60,000. According to Jeffrey, he also donated 10 sacks of rice to his neighbourhood.
Later on, Vice expressed his admiration to Jeffrey as he was able to help their community despite what happened.
“Yan yung ugali talagang ba-bow ka… 60 thousand malaki rin naman talaga yun hindi naman siya pangkaraniwan pero sa hirap ng buhay mo at pinag dadaanan mo pwede mong sarilinin yun eh at gawin mong panimula para sa mga tatrabahuin mo… pero shinare mo diba…” Vice said.
“Yung mga hindi na nga nakakaluwag luwag na Pilipino, sila na nga yung walang wala, sila pa yung mas ma-share. Ang hindi ko maintindihan, yung mga ubod na ng yaman, lalo na yung mga politikong ang yayaman na, nagnanakaw pa…”
“Nakakaloka. Uy mahiya kaya kayo. Ito nga 60 thousand lang yung binigay shinare pa. Kayo ang yaman yaman niyo na, nagnanakaw pa. Uy kape kape din uy…” Vice added.
