Actress Agot Isidro reacted to a statement made by House Speaker Allan Peter Cayetano over the ABS-CBN franchise issue. Cayetano said ABS-CBN can continue its operations until March 2022 even after it expires on March 2020.
“Hindi ganoon ka-urgent. Bakit? Kasi hanggang March 2022, pwedeng mag-operate. There’s a concensus that while we’re discussing the issue, walang reason na isara [ang ABS-CBN]. Definitely, before March 2022, possibly in May if we have cooler heads. Worst case, after SONA (State of the Nation Address),” Cayetano said.
