Actress Alex Ilacad took all her courage to post a photo showing her in a two piece swimsuit to share her lifetime journey.
Alex said she is proud of her progress even though she admitted that it is an everyday battle for her to learn to love herself.
Alex posted the photo on Instagram with the following caption:
“Work on you, for you. 🦋 It took me all my courage to post this 🥲 but self-love is a lifetime journey and even though learning how to love myself and the body I’ve been blessed with is an everyday battle, I’m still proud of my progress”
