Angel Locsin slams netizen’s ‘Hyprocrisy’ remark for sharing bible verse

Kapamilya star Angel Locsin can’t help but react to a netizen who mentioned and commented ‘Hypocrisy’ over her social media post.

In her Instagram account, Angel shared a bible verse, Exodus 18:21. Written in the said bible verse, “But select capable men from all the people—men who fear God, trustworthy men who hate dishonest gain—and appoint them as officials over thousands, hundreds, fifties and tens.”.

“Isa sa mga nabibigay ng eleksyon ay “Hope”.

Pag-asa sa isang tapat, maunlad, magandang kinabukasan para sa lahat.

I believe, nagawa na natin ang ating makakaya at oras na para ipaubaya sa maykapal 🙏🏻

Posting this here bilang guidance sa akin kung paano ako pipili ng mga kandidato na iboboto 🙏🏻” Angel wrote in the caption.

The said social media post of Angel caught the attention of netizens as they expressed mixed reactions.

In the comment section, one netizen commented, “yet, the bible also teaches us not to hate on our enemies. you can’t post one bible verse and then disregard everything else the bible teaches. That’s what you call Hypocrisy! 🙄😒”

The said comment caught the attention of Angel as she replied back:

“bakit ka nag a-assume na may hatred ako? 🙂 hindi ako banal ah, pero kung ang argument mo sakin ay ang mga turo sa bible, hindi ba nakalagay rin na “thou shall not steal”, “thou shall not lie”, “thou shall not kill”?

Kung conveniently nakalimutan mo yun just because you are supporting a candidate, yun ho ang masasabi kong hypocrisy 🙏🏻 anyway, ang ganda ho ng sinabi ko na nasa kamay na po ito ng diyos, huwag nyo ho masamain :)”

“also, I am not your enemy 🙂 kung tingin mong oo, then love your enemy na lang po 🤝🤝🤝” Angel added.
