As expected, actress Angel Locsin is again at the forefront of providing assistance to those who were affected by Typhoon Rolly. The storm hit the country early November 2020 and had caused people to lose homes and destroy their crops and belongings.
Angel launched an initiative called “Typhoon Rolly Assistance Initiative” aimed at providing help to people who were affected by the storm.
Angel said she will giving away 1,000 pesos for the first 1,000 valid request which will amount to a total of PhP 1 million.
On her Instagram, Angel posted the following:
“Typhoon Rolly Assistance Initiative
Sa aming maliit na paraan, nais po naming makapag-abot tulong sa mga kababayan nating nasalanta ng bagyong Rolly thru Gcash. Though we would like to reach out to everyone who are in need, our resources are limited and can only accommodate the first 1,000 valid request. Each request will receive Php1,000. Valid only from Nov 2-3, 2020.”
