Former beauty queen Aurora Pijuan expressed her observation and opinion on what she thinks of Senator Imee Marcos during the second State of the Nation Address (SONA) of her brother President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr.
Sen. Marcos posted a photo of her wearing wore a traditional Cordillera outfit on social media with the following captipn:
“”Bilang isang Lagunawa o “Anak ng Kalinga”, pinili kong suotin ang kasuotan ng mga taga-Cordillera ngayong #SONA2023 bilang pagpupugay sa makulay na kultura ng ating mga ka-tribu. Parte ng aking suot ngayong araw ay personal na binigay pa sa akin ng mga Igorot matapos ko silang dalawin at suportahan ang Gulay Revolution.”
On Twitter, Ms. Pijuan tweeted the following:
