In her Instagram account, Barbie shared several photos. In the said photos, Barbie showed off her new tattoo. Barbie decided to get a red heart tattoo on her finger while she was in Cebu. Barbie got inked by one of Cebu’s most-sought after tattoo artists, Jello Talaboc.
