Kapuso star Bea Alonzo expressed her honest thoughts and sentiments about the words, ‘apologize’ and ‘forgive’.
In the second episode of #KeepingItReal by Kapuso star Kyline Alcantara on her YouTube channel, she featured Bea and Kapuso star Mavy Legaspi for an interview. During the vlog, the three Kapuso stars answered several questions from the netizens.
One of the questions asked was, “What are your thoughts about the words ‘apologize’ and ‘forgive’?”
“Ako sobrang nag a-apply saakin ‘to, but may sinabi nga ako sa isa sa movie ko sa YouTube with John Lloyd, na sobrang nag resonate saakin yung line na minsan may mga pagpapatawad na kailangan mong ibigay kahit hindi hinihingi. Kasi sometimes ang hirap hirap talaga magpatawad, lalo na pag hindi nag te-take accountability yung tao na nakasakit sayo.” Bea shared.
“But you owe it to yourself to forgive not because of the person who hurt you but because of yourself. You do it for yourself para wala ka nang bagahe. Kasi mas masarap mag move on sa buhay na magaan.” Bea added.
