Billy Crawford posts Brighlight’s statement over rumors on ‘LOL’: “Para sa mga marites”

Actor and TV host Billy Crawford shared the official statement of Brightlight Productions CEO Albee Benitez regarding the rumors that TV5’s noontime variety show titled “Lunch Out Loud” will go off-air anytime soon.

In Billy’s Instagram account, he posted the said statement. In the said statement, Albee debunked the said rumor that has been circulating online.

Written in the said statement:

“There NO truth to the claim that our noontime show, Lunch Out Loud (LOL), will go off-air any time soon.”

“LOL’s ratings, gathered from Nielsen, have been thriving well and remained competitive vis-a-vis its rival shows’ ratings in Luzon and, on numerous occasions, even surpassed them in the Visayas and Mindanao”

“It is truly unfortunate that such malicious rumor has been made to circulate. My political pursuit has absolutely noting to do with the show. All these speculations are unfounded assertions, aimed solely to sow unnecessary intrigue, at the expense of innocent people’s livelihood.”

“The LOL family has strongly survived more than a year on-air, despite the pandemic. The show has a lot of exciting things to offer in the coming months. I would like to reassure the public that LOL stays committed in giving fun, laughter and prizes to every household.”

On the other hand, Billy wrote in the caption, “⚠️ Para sa mga marites…”
