Talk Show host, Boy Abunda was sounding emotional as he relates about ABS-CBN’s closure to her late mother. In his latest airing on Tonight with Boy Abunda, he explained about how ABS-CBN gave an impact to his mom.
Boy started with the news about the case filed by Solicitor General, Jose Calida in the Supreme Court with regards to ABS-CBN’s violation; which the network answered through an official statement. Being a Kapamilya for more than 20 years, as he mentioned, he explained how the late Misis Abunda, would not want the network to close.

He quoted what his mother said, “Sana huwag ipasara ang ABS-CBN kasi,pag wala ka sa bahay, ito ang kasama ko; alam ko nariyan ka.” He even added this it may sound personal, but, it is a reflection that while working in ABS-CBN, it gave confidence to her that his son is safe, working and would come home.
In the midst of this crisis, the giant network is facing, ABS-CBN’s talents are asking for everyone to support the flee to not close the network as many would be affected.
