Celebrities reacted to a statement made recently by Presidential Communications Operation Office (PCOO) Secretary Martin Andanar that People’s Television Network (PTV4) will compete in ratings with other networks. PTV4 is the government’s television network.
Secretary Andanar made the remark during the hearing at the House for the agency’s 2021 budget.
“Yes, we have a plan to at least be able to compete as far as ratings are concerned.” said Sec. Andanar.
