ABS-CBN’s big boss, Charo Santos and sensational heartrob, Daniel Padilla was seen shooting in Tacloban for their upcoming movie “Whether the Weather is Fine”.
Directed by Carlo Manatad, the film is basically set in the suburb of Leyte, which is mostly known to be hit by storms. In a tweet done by Eric John Salut @ericjohnsalut, he said, “Charo Santos and @imdanielpadillashoot scenes for #WhetherTheWeatherIsFine in Downtown Tacloban with Director Carlo Manatad. @iwant@DreamscapePH”
The photos show a devastated aura of DJ and Miss Charo with mud overwhelming the place. This possibly depicts a familiar scenario for Taclobanons when storm surge envelop their hometown.

Fans were very excited to what the movie has to offer, especially the Kathniel fans. It is also a huge opportunity for the cast to have one of the industry’s most respected leader and actress Miss Charo Santos. Aside from that, a new-comer from the girl group MNL48, Ransoy, will be part of the project as well.
It is not a secret that Karla Estrada, DJ’s mother, came from Tacloban and Daniel is frequenting the place as well. Thus, the location is very dear to his heart.
