Former beauty queen Maggie Wilso gave an update to her fans and followers about her issue with her estranged husband, Victor Consunji.
In a series of posts on her Instagram stories, Maggie shared that the Taguig Regional Trial Court has granted her a 72-hour temporary restraining order (TRO) against Victor.
Base on the documents that Maggie has shared, the court granted her motion after Victor’s staffs and representative attempted to ‘padlock’ her home.
Written in one of the documents that she shared, “The attempt of the defendants to forcibly evict petitioner Margaret N. Wilson from the rented property does not sit well with the court as there are existing remedies that are available to the defendants under the law,”
Maggie also expressed her gratitude as she wrote, “After 6 days of no power. Thank you to the court and the justice system of the Philippines. And thank you to my lawyers @divinalawph”
