Entertainment columnist Cristy Fermin reacted as well over the statement released by actors Dominic Roque and Bea Alonzo. The former couple stated in their post:

In her program, Nanay Cristy said Bea and Dominic should have spoken earlier regarding their breakup.
“Dapat inagapan niyo ito. Dapat hindi niyo pinalaki ang apoy. Dapat hindi niyo na pinabayaang na-gaslight pa at sinabuyan ng gas para maglagablab. Alam niyo dapat ito,” she said.
“Para sisihin mo ang mga tao na unang nagsalita tungkol sa hiwalayan, para yatang hindi maganda sa panlasa? Inunahan niyo na dapat yan, inagapan ninyo para wala kayong sinisisi. Hindi tama yang ganyan. Negative ang dating niyo diyan.” Nanay Cristy added.
“Kung sa umpisa pa lang ay naglatag na kayo ng katotohanan, hindi na dapat naglagablab ang isyu na ito. Tantanan niyo kami,” said Nanay Cristy.
