Dani Barretto shares her weight loss journey: “No intense diet, just calorie deficit”

Actress Dani Barretto shared with her fans and followers her weight loss journey without any intense diet, just a lower calorie intake on her meals.

Dani added that she lost almost 9 pounds from in around 2 weeks. Dani even shared a photo of her accomplishment and vowed to be more focus and determined. Here’s her full post:

“My weight loss journey has been inconsistent for the past year. I admit I always lose focus and end up failing multiple times. But Xavi and I promised each other that 2021 is the year we are going to focus on our fitness journey, and start living a healthy lifestyle.

My weight last March 7, 2021 was 154.9 lbs, my weight as of today is 146.5 lbs!

No intense diet, just calorie deficit. I don’t deprive myself from eating my favorites, I just now eat them in moderation. Special thanks to @jacob.alava for introducing this diet to us! We appreciate your guidance, coach! 👊🏻

I still have a long way to go, but it’s soooo nice to see results!!! 🥺❤️ Will share more on my vlog when I reach my goal weight, almost there!!!”
