Dominique “Nikki” Lopez Benitez has filed a legal complaint against her estranged husband, Bacolod City Lone District Congressman-elect Alfredo “Albee” Benitez, alleging an illicit relationship with actress-vlogger Ivana Alawi.
The complaint cites a violation of Republic Act 9262, also known as the Anti-Violence Against Women and Their Children (VAWC) Act, claiming that Albee’s alleged infidelity caused Dominique psychological and emotional distress.

In a leaked affidavit photo, Ivana was named as allegedly having an affair with Albee — a claim the actress-vlogger had previously denied in an earlier interview.
Albee, through his legal counsel, strongly denied the allegations filed against him.
