Former PBA basketball player Doug Kramer can’t help but be emotional as he penned a sweet message for his second daughter, Scarlett Louvelle Kramer as she celebrated her 9th birthday.
In his Instagram account, Doug posted several throwback photos of him and Scarlett. The said photos were taken when Scarlett was still a baby. Doug shared that the first time he saw Scarlett, he got emotional and cried. Doug expressed his love as he wrote:
