Actress Erich Gonzales travelled to the South to look for some lots as a way to invest her hard earned money. Erich took her fans and followers to a day of lot tripping.
Erich visited a number of lots but more specifically, the beautiful actress prefers to buy a corner lot.
“Maybe you are wondering bakit naghahanap tayo ng lote, its because pwedeng vacation house, rest house, or pwedeng dun din tayo tumira. But one thing is for sure, investment talaga sya.” said Erich.
“Kung bago land banking ba. so you can never go wrong sa pag-invest ng inyong hard-earned money sa mga lote or lupa kasi nag-appreciate sya at hindi nag depreciate.” added Erich.
