Singer model Frankie Pangilinan expressed her sentiment over the Tarlac incident where a policeman shot dead a mother and his son. Police Senior Master Sgt. Jonel Nuezca shot mother and son – Sonya Gregorio, 52 and Frank Anthony Gregorio, 25 after figuring in a discussion.
