Frankie Pangilinan to Ben Tulfo on sexual abuse: “calling me hija will not belittle my point”

Frankie Pangilinan responded to Ben “Mr. Bitag” Tulfo, who mentioned her in a Facebook post. Ben was explaining to Frankie as to how sexual offenders think. Ben further said that it would be better for women to wear proper outfits so as not to tempt and provoke the minds of the criminals.

Ben was reacting to a tweet made by Frankie that reads: “STOP TEACHING GIRLS HOW TO DRESS?? TEACH PEOPLE NOT TO RAPE.”

Gets mo Hija?” said Ben.

Frankie took noticed of this and replied:

“the way he was braver on fb because he knows i’m not on there”

“- rape culture is real and a product of this precise line of thinking, where the behavior is normalized, particularly by men.
– the way anyone dresses should not be deemed as ‘opportunity’ to sexually assault them. ever.
– calling me hija will not belittle my point.”
