Actor Gerald Anderson bid goodbye to his character Private First Class Alex Marasigan as the hit teleserye “A Soldier’s Heart” ends its series. Fans and followers of the said teleserye were saddened that Alex Marasigan had to die after being accidentally shot by his brother Saal Alhuraji (played by actor Sid Lucero).
On his Instagram account, Gerald posted the following:
“Private First Class Alex Marasigan.. Maraming salamat for always being there for me.. Thank you for protecting me buddy.. It was an honor bringing life to you 🙏🏻 Paalam buddy.. This was one for the books.. ALEX/HAKEEM signing off……. Sacrifices are made for the better good….”
