Netizens flock on the actress’ Heart Evangelista’s Twitter post earlier today March 18, 2020. On a post that has since been deleted, the actress re-tweets a news about a one-legged cancer patient who walked from Antipolo, to get to the Philippine General Hospital, according to GMA network, where the post originated.
Seemingly moved by the efforts of the patient, Heart puts out a tweet saluting the incident. This angered the netizens who criticized the actress for a “un-inspirational” post.

Frustrated over the jabs and hateful comments from Twitter users, the actress lashes out with a goodbye tweet–“Ayoko na, Twitter. Kayo kayo na lang magaway. Tumulong na lang tayong lahat. Being toxic will not help. Good bye na lang. Di ko na kaya”.
The actress has since apologized for her post and has deleted them. The sorries came in two separate tweets. However, netizens are not so pleased with the seemingly unspirited apologies. She wrote, “You may not see my heart and that’s ok so I just wanna say I am truly sorry if I offended “you”.” and “I deleted all my previous tweets. I understand the hate . I should have elaborated my sentiments more . I am sorry. So sorry…”
